RATES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE

For reservation changes, a penalty equal to the cost of the first night plus any rate difference will be applied. In any case, please contact the property to verify availability and costs.

Minimum child age: 2 years. If you are traveling with younger children, please contact the property.

One child up to 6 years old sleeps for free. Children 7 years and older are considered adults.

CASH BACK

The cash back can be used to purchase our private boat excursions or our merchandise.

At check‑in, vouchers will be issued with a maximum value of 2000 THB each, non‑cumulative.

DEPOSIT & PAYMENTS

When booking transfers to/from Lipe, it is possible to pay a 50% deposit at the time of booking and the final balance 30 days before arrival. Please contact the property to activate this option.
